weather at a point they are tracking looks ominous but has a
poor chance of developing into a typhoon. "Fair" means that
there is a fair chance of it developing into a typhoon. I check
this link every day! If there is a typhoon, note its name
and go to the next link below and check on its predicted path.

near the Philippines, detailed information can be found about it
